3. Which Data is Processed? 

When visiting the website: The server automatically stores information in so-called server log files (e.g., IP address, browser used, operating system, time of access). This data is technically necessary to display the website correctly and to ensure security.

When contacting me: If you contact me via email or the contact form, I will store your details in order to process your inquiry.

When purchasing licenses/subscriptions: To provide you with access to the software or coaching area, I process contract data (e.g., name, address, selected license, duration).

User account: A user account is created for the use of the software. The data stored there (login data, usage data within the software) is necessary to provide the service.

• To technically provide the website and the software.

• To process and invoice the contract (license sales, coaching) with you.

• To communicate with you (e.g., support requests).

• To ensure system security and prevent misuse.

5. Transfer to Third Parties and Transfer Abroad 

I only pass on your data if this is necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g., to the hosting provider for the operation of the website).

We work with service providers who may also process data abroad. In doing so, we ensure that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed.

• Hosting: My website and the software application are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The service provider for customers in Europe is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The data is primarily stored in data centers in Europe.

• Payment processing: Payment is made via direct bank transfer to our business account. No payment data is forwarded to third parties via the website. We only store the receipt of payment (name of the depositor, date, amount) for accounting purposes and to activate your access.

This website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some are technically necessary (e.g., for the login area or shopping cart), while others help me improve the offering. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser at any time.
